Refund Policy

Ediscovertek Solution LLP offers refunds on EduAbility AI as follows.

7-day trial pass

The trial pass costs $7 for 7 days and includes 1 IEP. The $7 trial fee is non-refundable. You can end the trial at any time from My billing; it does not renew. To keep using the tools, choose a monthly or yearly plan during or after the trial.

Monthly and yearly plans

You can request a refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from My billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See Paddle's Refund Policy for more details.
